SRL SERIES SLUDGE PUMPS
IGH SRL & SRL-C Series Heavy Duty Pumps
The Heavy Duty IGH SRL and SRL-C models are designed for handling highly abrasive and corrosive slurries. The pumps are available in sizes from 2x2 to 12x10.
Standard Features:
- Pumps with polymer wearing parts are available in natural rubber, neoprene, polyurethane, nitrile and butyl.
- Metallic pumps are available in high chrome iron under ASTM A532 class III specification, 316SS, 304SS, CD4MCU.
- Shaft sleeves available in hardened 420 stainless steel, as well as in high chrome iron with a surface hardness of up to 600 BHN.
- There are five discharge positions to adapt to the pipe design needs.
- Standard design CV motor mount configuration.
Heavy Duty Applications:
- Metallic design for high pressure applications and/or where highly abrasive fluids are used.
- The three-piece metallic wear design installs directly to the standard pump drive, with no changes to pump configuration required.
- Metallic wear parts can be manufactured for abrasive and/or corrosive fluids according to the customer's specific application.
- Reinforced wear part design with larger thicknesses for improved wear life
- Impeller design with pump out vanes to improve wear life and packing seal.
- Design of reinforced steel casings for high pressure applications.
- Both the metallic (HM) and high pressure (HD) designs use a detachable stuffing box, which is available in a variety of materials.
